When you register your store you provide contact details, as well as store operational information (User Provided information). We only collect information that is essential for the effective operation of the HandiSub mobile app.
In addition, the System may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, your operating system, browser or mobile device type and information about the way you use the System (Automatically Collected information).
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
- when we believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, and do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Under any other conditions than the ones mentioned above, we will not share identifiable personal and store information with any third party.
Our system will send notification (by email, push notification and other means) while your store is active. You may deactivate your store at any time in your personal preferences section of the website.
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our System. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain; no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Rights and choices
All data provided by you can be updated by you. You may request a full deletion of your personal and store identifiable information by emailing us.
